Velez Malaga, located approximately 20 minutes by car from Casa Anhelando Andalucia. This city can also be seen from the terrace of Casa Anhelando. Velez Malaga is the capital of the Axarquia area of Malaga, 1 kilometer inland from the Torre del Mar coast and 26 kilometers from Malaga city.
It is located in a panoramic environment of Sun and avocado, along horticultural plots with avocados. It is the largest town in the Axarquia, but despite this it has not yet been developed into a notable holidaymaker resort.
