Only 7 kilometers from Nerja lies the beautiful white village on a mountainside.
If you come to Frigiliana by car, take the A7 / E15 to the exit for Nerja and Frigiliana, exit 292. Turn left at the roundabout and go straight at the next roundabout. Take the MA-5105, the winding road into the mountains. You can park your car in the municipal parking lot. Characteristic of Andalusia are the many white villages (‘pueblos Blancos’) and Frigiliana is without a doubt one of the most beautiful of these white villages with a well-preserved old city center; a true maze of car-free streets with whitewashed houses. The village consists of a new part and the higher old part; the latter in the Morisco-Mudéjar style and of course the most beautiful.

Tip: park your car in the large parking lot at the entrance to the village, the village itself is no fun having to drive in the maze of narrow steep streets.
