We are Halbe and Gerda, born in the sixties and living in a wonderfully quiet place in the north of the Netherlands, both have our own companies and are always busy. As compensation, we would of course also like to “be busy” with enjoying!

Under the motto “being out is good for you”, we like to travel/travel.

That’s how we once arrived in Andalusia, the reason was the Caminito del Rey, this had aroused our curiosity and we wanted to discover it. We were immediately impressed by the area and the surroundings, as well as the people who live there. A wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, which gave us a particularly nice feeling… difficult to express in words. This in combination with the Mediterranean climate, which means no cold winters and no extremely warm summers, made us even more enthusiastic. The fun trips that can be made, but also by boat to Morocco and 4.5 hours from the Algarve in Portugal. All doable. We agreed how nice it would be to have a second home here. And then also a ski area nearby. What else is there to wish for? Oh yes… a spacious house so we can share our enjoyment. We looked at several homes and immediately fell in love with this Casa and perhaps even more with the place… the view… Halbe got goosebumps. Within walking distance of a village, not far from the sea, the airport and some larger shops. The transfer was on October 17, 2022, quite exciting! The name quickly became clear… longing for Andalusia.. Casa Anhelando Andalucia! That is what we had from the very first moment and since then we have allowed many people to experience what this means. Something for which we are very grateful and which we would like to share with many more people!
